Personal Data Processing Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement applies when you submit the registration form for the PropTech Executive Breakfast Phuket 2026 event on breakfast.homio.pro.

2. Data We Collect

The registration form collects your name, phone number, email address, company name, registration source, and submission timestamp.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process this data to review registrations, manage event attendance, contact you about the event, and follow up with relevant event information.

4. Storage and Access

Registration data is submitted to the server and stored in a protected Google Sheet used by the event team. Google credentials are kept on the server and are never sent to the browser.

5. Sharing

Access is limited to the event operators and trusted event participants who need the information to organize the breakfast. We do not sell registration data.

6. Retention and Requests

We keep registration data only as long as needed for event operations, follow-up, and basic administration. To request correction or deletion, contact the event organizer through the Homio.pro public contact channel or the contact listed in your invitation.

By checking the consent box and submitting the registration form, you confirm that you agree to this personal data processing agreement.
